Illustrative figures. Your report lists every grade found, its net weight and the price applied, and nothing is finalized until you approve it.

Grading is where the value is decided

Scrap processing is how a mixed load becomes a priced one. Every lot that arrives is weighed, logged and photographed, then taken apart by material type. Our inspectors sort by hand and confirm what they see with spark testing and handheld XRF analysis, so a drum of tool steel is paid for its M42 and T15 rather than averaged down, and brazed carbide is separated from clean inserts.

When sorting and grading are complete we send a settlement report: each grade, its net weight and the price applied. Nothing is finalized until you approve it. That single document is the reason our suppliers come back; it makes the number explainable.

What happens to the material

Sorted tungsten carbide goes to reclaim, where the tungsten and cobalt are recovered for new tooling. Tool steel and H13 move to specialty melters or into export containers. Motors are consolidated for export. In every case the metal returns to manufacturing instead of landfill.
